At RGameConsole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming experience. If your console or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Console

  Securely place the console and all original accessories, manuals, and cables back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware to confirm it is in original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
